By accessing and using Zaluso Dahi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Zaluso Dahi provides plastic recycling services specializing in fishing nets and marine ropes. Our services include:

• Collection and transportation of marine plastic waste
• Processing and recycling of fishing nets and ropes
• Material recovery and pellet production
• Sustainability certification and reporting
• Consultation services for waste management

Service Terms

Collection Services

Collection schedules are arranged by mutual agreement. Clients must ensure materials are accessible and properly segregated. We reserve the right to refuse contaminated or hazardous materials.

Processing Standards

All processing follows Malaysian environmental regulations and our ISO 14001 certification requirements. Processing times vary based on material volume and type.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by Malaysian law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about materials
• Ensuring materials are free from hazardous contaminants
• Maintaining proper storage until collection
• Complying with all applicable environmental regulations
• Providing safe access for collection vehicles

Limitations of Liability

Zaluso Dahi's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Environmental Compliance

All services are performed in accordance with Malaysian environmental laws and regulations. Clients must provide accurate material descriptions to ensure proper handling and processing.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Zaluso Dahi and protected by Malaysian intellectual property laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding obligations survive termination. We may immediately terminate services for breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
